We take food seriously. Fire, smoke, char, and slow cooking. Moles and layered sauces built over days. Fresh seafood cooked with presence. Big plates meant for the middle of the table.
Our cuisine is rooted in the Southwest culinary tradition, from New Mexico and Arizona's Sonoran desert to the traditions of northern Mexico. Mole, barbacoa, chiles, handmade tortillas, smoke and char throughout, at a big-city standard.
